They are open seven days a week to accommodate your family.

The Bay leaf is named after one of the oldest herbs known to man, it is a native of Asia Minor and it is known by many names like Sweet Bay, Bay Laurel and True Laurel just to name a few, this very important herb is a key ingredient in all true Indian cuisine because of its distinctive flavor. The Indian people have been using wonderful seasonings like this for thousands of years which explains why there food is so delicious.

We South Louisianans love to eat, we enjoy our seasonings, seafood and Cajun specialties and have even influenced and taught the rest of America about crawfish and Cajun cooking but we ourselves have become a little close minded and snobbish when it comes to food.

Food is one of life’s simple pleasures and experience’s, it’s so unfortunate that it has to be reserved for only the most daring among us.
